United States Veterans Administration

Changes in the Post 9/11 GI Bill, a law that provides educational benfits to veterans, made new training for School Certifying Officials (SCOs) necessary. Under the changes, veterans received expanded benefits and the ability to enroll in a wider variety of vocational and training. SCOs, the representatives at schools responsible for certifying eligible veteran students, needed more information about the changes and how that would affect the processing of the benefit.
